Maintenance Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We coordinate qualified bids, perform weekly inspections of exterior and interior common areas, monitor building systems, and conduct routine inspections during major capital improvements. A 24\/7 emergency service line is always available.

Please Note: <\/strong>Maintenance services listed below are not included in the monthly management fee. Services listed below are invoiced upon occurrence.

Coordination of Maintenance Services:
\u2022 Regular janitorial cleaning of common areas (frequency determined by owner)
\u2022 Maintenance of parking areas, locks, gates, lighting systems, and other common elements
\u2022 Snow removal (if required) from designated common areas
\u2022 Landscaping services (grass cutting, watering, seeding, weeding, leaf removal, general clean-up)

\u2022 GFA inspection and filter replacement

Armchair prefers rental payments via electronic formats \u2013 we welcome Zelle, Venmo or ACH direct. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
